He said: “Nobody has said that we have arrested somebody without something to proof. We base our investigations on evidence and nobody has come out to dispute that. We have never taken anybody on flimsy excuses. As always, we conduct a very thorough investigation and whoever we take to court is based on evidence.

“Before we even invite, we conduct background investigation; we do preliminary investigation before you are invited. And even when you are invited, we make sure there is an offence before we take you to court."
