Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the minister of labour, Chris Ngige, on Thursday, April 26, in Enugu declared that President Muhammadu Buhari would win the 2019 presidential elections.
Ngige noted that if President Buhari wins a second tenure in 2019, it follows consequentially that by 2023, the southeast would be the only zone that has not tasted the power.
Ngige recalled that in 2014, he looked at the permutations on ground and the fact that in every election from 2003 to 2011, Buhari secured 12 million votes in the north and with the major opposition parties and concluded that he would win the 2015 elections and it eventually came to pass.
