Top Serie A club AS Roma have said that they will be supporting the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Russia 2018 World Cup.
The Stadio Olympico outfit revealed on their twitter handle with a video of Kelechi Nwakali's stunning against Atletico Madrid and said: "Just getting warmed up for the World Cup. #ForzaSuperEagles"
The Italians will be rallying behind the Nigerian side when they take on Croatia, Argentina and Iceland in Group D.

But Gernot Rohr is yet to release his final 23-man squad that will represent the country at football's show piece next month.
However, the three-time African champions will play a warm-up friendly against the Democratic Republic of Congo in Port Harcourt on Monday, June, 29.
After which the final 23 will be announced by the German technical adviser, then the team will depart to London to honour a friendly against the England national team on June, 2.
On June, 6, the Super Eagles will play their final match pre-tournament match against the Eastern European nation Czech Republic.

Roma, on the other hand, finished third in Serie A and were semi finalists in Champions League losing to Liverpool on a 7-6 aggregate.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that the second string side of the Super Eagles narrowly lost 3-2 to Atletico Madrid in friendly played at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
