Iheanacho, Omeruo, Ebuehi, others arrive camp ahead of DR Congo

- Six Super Eagles stars arrive camp in Uyo for DR Congo friendly

- Iheanacho, Omeruo and Ebuehi join Onazi, Iwobi and the likes

- Nigerian second string side will take on Atletico Madrid in Uyo

Ahead of the friendly against the Democratic Republic of Congo in Port Harcourt three Super Eagles players have arrived camp in Uyo.

These players include Leicester City's Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Kenneth Omeruo, newly-signed Benfica defender Tyronne Ebuehi, Chigozie Awaziem and Stephen Eze.

They join Ogenyi Onazi, William Troost-Ekong, Alex Iwobi, Okechukwu Ezenwa, Elderson Echiejile, Ola Aina and Junior Lokosa.

Gernot Rohr's side will take on Dr Congo in Port Harcourt on May, 25, after which the final 23-man list that will fly Nigeria's flag at the World Cup will be announced.

The three-time African champions will also take on England on June, 2, at Wembley and trade tackles with the Czech Republic on June, 6.

Nigeria have been grouped alongside Argentina, Croatia, and Iceland in Group D as the Green and White will aiming for glory at the soccer fiesta.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Nigeria has been ranked the 10th best team that will win the football showpiece by a group of pundits organized by The Guardian blog on football.

The Super Eagles Team B are currently in Uyo and are set to take on La Liga side Atletico Madrid at the Godswill Akpabio stadium later in the evening.
