Mentally challenged woman dumps newborn baby boy in Sapele, Delta state (photos)

It has just been reported that a mentally challenged woman gave birth to a bouncing baby boy but instead of staying with her bundle of joy, she walked away.

The woman reportedly gave birth to her son on the streets along Decimal road by Water street in Sapele, Delta state.

Eye witnesses recounts that the mentally challenged woman abandoned her son after delivery but the baby boy is currently being taken care of by a good Samaritan.

The lady who is also struggling to take care of herself disclosed that, she has been taking care of the baby boy ever since his mother abandoned him. She did not end it there but further revealed how she spent her last money to take the baby for circumcision on Monday, March 19.

In order to help the baby boy live a normal life as well as the woman taking care of him, some well-meaning Nigerians have taken to social media to help raise funds for this woman.
