Premier League champions Chelsea have continued to prepare for life after Antonio Conte as they are seriously shopping for who takes over the Italian manager.
The 48-year-old led the Blues to their 6th English topflight title in his first season at the Stamford Bridge, but same cannot be said of the London team this term.
As they are currently out of the top four teams on the EPL log with 53 points from 29 games, and they have tilted towards Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic as the potential candidate to replace Conte at the end of this season.
Jokanovic helped Watford gain promotion in 2015, and he is on the verge of doing same for the Craven Cottage outfit this term, as they are currently 4th on the EFL table – nine points behind log leaders, Wolverhampton Wanderers.
However, the 49-year-old former midfielder, who joined the Stamford Bridge side from Deportivo La Coruna in 2000, hanged his playing boots two seasons after to start a new life in coaching. And he has been tipped to succeed Conte.

Jokanovic is also seen as a coach with commanding personality with priority for attacking football, and these qualities might likely appeal to despite his lack of Premier League experience.
After leaving Watford, he took Maccabi Tel Aviv to the Champions’ League group stage in 2015/16, where his side faced his prospective club, Chelsea three years back.
Jokanovic counts ex-Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho among his friends and is said to have also observed training sessions held by Carlo Ancelotti.
