Injured Paris Saint Germain superstar, Neymar, has urged his fans to remain optimistic even in the face of challenging situations.

The 26-year-old has been ruled out for about eight weeks after suffering an ankle injury in his side’s 3-0 victory over Marseille in last weekend’s French Ligue 1 chash at the Parc Des Pricess.

And the current world’s most expensive player will miss PSG’s crucial Champions League round of 16 second leg encounter against Real Madrid next week.

The Parisians suffered a 3-1 defeat at the Santiago Bernabeu in the reverse fixture on Valentine’s eve in Spain, but will be hoping they can overturn the result to progress to the quarterfinals of this year’s edition of the championship.

But with the unavailability of the Brazil sensation, coach Unai Emery will have to make do with the remaining players who are fit for the clash.

Neymar told his fans never to give up whenever they are down, but advised that they must find a way out of every situation that poses threat to their happiness.

The former Barcelona star joined PSG in the summer of 2017 after spending four years at the Camp Nou with eight titles to his name.

And with just six months into his reign at the French capital, the Brazilian forward has scored 19 goals in 20 appearances for the Parisians.

He will be expected to return to action for the Ligue 1 leaders in April after undergoing surgery, according to reports in the media.
