After this business success, Badaru Abubakar became the Chairman of such companies as Socar Talamiz Limited, AML Bonded Terminal, Oil Mill. He is the holder of traditional titles such as Wali of Jahun in Jigawa State and Sardauna of Ringim Emirate.
