1. She is from South Africa
Born Nqobile Ntshangase in South Africa, she moved to London at a young age. She has lived in the city ever since.
2. She is one of the founders of dance group CEO Dancers
The dance group CEO dancers was founded by Nqobile, Ezinne and Soliat and in 2013, the group rose to recognition following their performance at Britain's Got Talent. They went on to reach the semi-final of the competition.
3. She doesn’t have a favourite African musician
The list of videos by African artistes Nqobile has starred in is quite exhaustive but surprisingly, she doesn’t have a favourite African artiste.
4. She writes in her spare time
Speaking in various interviews, Nqobile said one thing she likes to do to relax is writing. In fact, she used to write music before becoming a professional dancer.

5. She has worked with international stars like Drake
One major highlight of her career was when she went on tour with superstar musician Drake. Describing her experience, she said: “Drake is probably my favourite artist to have worked with so far in my career. From watching the show before we join him on stage, how he totally owns the stage with consistent energy like an athlete and how much he truly loves his fans and connects with them is just so inspiring. He’s such a genuine soul.”
6. She loves wearing rings
Asked what her favourite fashion item is, Nqobile said rings add so much to her outfits.
