Manchester United’s new £505,000-a-week star Alexis Sanchez car is worth more than all the players’ cars of their FA Cup next opponent minnows Yeovil.

Sanchez, 29, drives a £150,000, 200mph black Bentley Continental GT but Yeovil will still hope to accelerate past their Premiership rivals on Friday night, January 26, in the FA Cup 4th round match.

The social difference between Manchester United and their FA Cup opponent can best be told in the car difference between Sanchez and the entire Yeovil squad as a couple of lower division side players get to games in Peugeots worth around £6,000, and another has an eight-year-old manual petrol Alfa Romeo that would sell for round £2,000.

The Alfa belongs to Yeovil’s sole international star Nathan Smith, 31, who played in midfield for Jamaica.

British media, The SUN tallied up the cost of 11 cars at the club ahead of training last week and together they came in at around £100,000 - £50,000 less than Sanchez paid for his Bentley alone.

Most luxurious among the cars was a grey Audi with a personalised plate belonging to 22-year-old defender Omar Sowunmi that would retail for around £18,650.

One of the Peugeots – belonging to club captain Ryan Dickson, 31, a former Southampton defender – is as 1.1 litre motor valued at around £5,900 and bears his name alongside the logo We Do Vans clearly on the sides and is obviously a sponsored vehicle.

Another Peugeot belongs to goalkeeping coach Steve Phillip, 39, who has a distinguished goalkeeping career behind him, having played for both Bristol teams and Crewe during his days in nets, and his motor is worth around £6,700.

His Polish-born protégé Artur Krysiak, 28, plays in goal and drives a sturdy silver Mitsubishi truck that is worth an estimated £10,000.

A nifty VW Scirocco Blue Motion at Huish Park would cost around £11,800 on the second-hand market, but on the roads it would be no competition for Sanchez’s Bentley, though its owner Bevis Mugabe, 22, the London-born Yeovil right back, will fancy his chances on the pitch.

One of the more expensive motors in the club car park is 34-year-old forward Francois Zoko’s Mercedes A Class A200 AMG worth around £16,130.

A three year-old red Audi in the Huish car park would retail at around £13,800 and is owned by attacking midfielder Lewis Wing, 22, who is on loan from Middlesbrough.

Not many of the Yeovil motors can match the Man United star’s Bentley’s top speed, but on the pitch in their FA cup clash the underdogs will be running their socks off to ensure the away fixture in Somerset is no easy ride for Sanchez and his multi-millionaire Premiership pals.

Legit.ng previously reported that Manchester United attacker, Alexis Sanchez, has backtracked on his initial claims that linked Arsenal legend Thierry Henry in his transfer to the Red Devils - saying that 'Igwe' did not tell him to leave Arsenal.

Sanchez took to Twitter to share a message distancing the French legend from his own decision.
