Injured Yusuf Buhari reportedly responds positively to treatment

Injured President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf, is said to be positively responding to treatment at the the private hospital where he is being treated for injuries he sustained following a bike accident.

Vanguard reports that following the improvement in the health of Yusuf, the presidency is not under any pressure to fly him abroad for emergency treatment.
Sources close to the presidency told the newspaper that the presidency had opted to ‘wait and see’ whether it was still necessary to ferry him out or not.
One of the sources said the wife of the president, Aisha, had virtually relocated to the private medical facility to attend to Yusuf.

"These days madam spends more time in the hospital receiving sympathies and well wishers, who are mostly very close people and top government officials cleared by security men to see the first family.
“Incidentally, security operatives have stepped up their presence around the hospital since Yusuf was admitted there,” a top source said.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari was reportedly unhappy with Yusuf's security details for allowing him leave home in the night on his power bike.
Legit.ng had reported that the president’s son was involved in an accident on Tuesday, December 26, and was rushed to Cedarcrest for treatment.
This Day reports that the president went to the hospital on Wednesday, December 27 and expressed his unhappiness that his son’s security details allowed him out on a bike at the time of the night.
A source claimed that Yusuf had to be induced into a coma due to the severity of the accident.
