Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has made a rather shocking revelation in the trailer of a new reality TV show titled King Tonto.

Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji, shared the promo clip of the show on Instagram to prepare the audience for the show which will be aired in 2018.

The controversial mother of one revealed that she has been extremely ashamed of her body and will be undergoing a cosmetic surgery.

In her words;

“I am going to be having a cosmetic surgery, my body has been something that I have always been extremely ashamed of”
