Recall that Legit.ng previously reported that the war between Nigeria’s senator, Isah Hamman Misau, and the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Idris Ibrahim, took a major turn on the floor of the Senate on Wednesday, October 4.
While senators deliberated on issues relating to the law enforcement agency as well as the bribery allegation against Idris, Misau told his colleagues that the police boss had flouted the ethics of the agency.
He alleged that the IGP had an affair with a female officer of the law enforcement agency, impregnated and married her.
He further alleged that Idris went ahead to promote the female officer despite not qualified for the new rank.
