N-Power discloses new method of discovering beneficiaries in another employment

- The N-Power scheme said it can now discover those that collect its stipend without complying with the policy

- The scheme announced that it has come up with a new method in sanitizing its system

- It, however, called the method captain N-Power

The N-Power scheme has announced a new method in fishing out the volunteers that engage in other things while collecting its stipend.

Reports have it that the scheme recalled that the government empowerment programme was solely for unemployed graduates.

Legit.ng gathered that it said people who were already employed should stay off. The information is contained in an update on the N-Power website.

The scheme however introduced what it called ''Captain Npower''.

It wrote: ''Introducing Captain N-power, please read carefully. Are you an existing beneficiary? Are you also earning from other employment?

''Captain N-Power has been activated to fish you out. Exit programme today before you are caught''.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that the assessment for the scheme began on August 9.

According to the website, they will not replace the current teachers, but will work as support teachers across Nigeria, assisting with teaching, school management and other functions within the schools.
