Maybe we would have been able to identify the type of fish this is if the picture head was also taken.

A Facebook user Onyekwere James said he saw the fish on his way home and he is really curious to know the kind of fish it is.

According to one of the people that commented on the post, he said the name of the fish is called Manatees and are also known as sea cows.
