Cesc Fabregas became the first player to register 10 assists in 6 different seasons as Chelsea defeated Middlesbrough 3 - 0 on Monday night, May 8.
Goals from Diego Costa, Marcos Alonso and Nemanja Matic secured the win for the Blues, but Fabregas was the man who stole the show.

The midfielder provided the cross for Alonso to score his volley and had earlier provided the assist for Diego Costa's opener, but that was later chalked off as Fabio has touched the ball.
However that did not stop the midfielder from claiming his 10th assist of the season and become the first player to register 10 assists in 6 different Premier League seasons.
