Senator Dino Melaye has advised President Muhammadu Buhari on what to do regarding the Paris Club Refund to states.
The senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, advised the president to stop the allocation of 2nd tranche of the refund to states who owe salaries.
Legit.ng observed that the senator singled out his home state - Kogi, where he said the funds have been misused by the state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

The senator went on to say the governor is owing 15 months worker's salary.
Senator Melaye made the comment today, Thursday, April 27 while contributing to the motion adopted by the Senate on the upcoming Workers Day celebration on May 1.
He also spoke on the need for improvement in the welfare of Nigerian workers, insisting that workers should be given their entitlements.
Senator Melaye has been having a running battle with Governor Bello, after both men fell out publicly over the governor's style of governance.

The senator who survived an assasination attempt on his life recently in his home state, accused the governor of been behind the attempts to eliminate him.
